1. Payment Methods Accepted

  • Cash
  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)
  • Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS)
  • Debit Cards
  • Cheque (for corporate clients)

2. Payment Schedule

Booking Amount: 10-20% advance to confirm booking
Balance Payment: After delivery and unloading at destination

3. Pricing

All prices are inclusive of packing material, labour, and transportation unless specified otherwise. GST @18% applicable as per government norms.

4. Cancellation & Refund

  • Cancellation 48+ hours before: Full refund of advance
  • Cancellation 24-48 hours: 50% refund
  • Cancellation <24 hours: No refund

5. Additional Charges

Extra charges may apply for: Staircase carrying (above 1st floor without lift), long carry (>20 meters), storage, unpacking services.
