Noida Shifting follows a transparent and customer-friendly payment policy to ensure smooth relocation services. Please read the details carefully before booking our services.
1. Advance Payment
- A token advance is required to confirm all bookings.
- The advance amount may vary depending on the size and type of shifting services.
- This advance is adjusted in the final bill.
2. Final Payment
- Full payment must be cleared before or at the time of delivery of goods.
- Delays in payment may lead to withholding of delivery until dues are cleared.
3. Accepted Payment Methods
- Cash
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
- Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS)
- Cheque (subject to clearance before service execution)
4. Cancellation and Refunds
- If services are canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled move, the advance may be refunded after applicable deductions.
- No refunds will be processed for last-minute cancellations.
5. Late Payment Charges
Any delay in final payment beyond the agreed timeline may attract additional charges or interest as per company policy.
6. Disputes
In case of payment disputes, customers are requested to contact our support team immediately. Noida Shifting reserves the right to take appropriate legal or recovery action for unpaid dues.
